My Yoga experience includes…
An unwavering dedication to being a student resulted in a very consistent practice with several brilliant teachers for many years. My desire to teach and give back the gifts I received inspired me to DIVE head first into home study and Teacher Training workshops and programs. Now, as a teacher, the integration of a home practice gives me my own voice. I have a Masters in Nutrition Science and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles in body, mind and soul! This is all part of yoga for me.
