Dynamic Yogi 

A strength building and body toning flow. We’ll move mindfully and teach smart and effective alignment designed to relieve tension, improve your mood, and increase your energy.


 

The physical and mental health benefits of frequent and consistent exercise as well as deep breathing practices are both widely known and supported by doctors, psychotherapists, alternative practitioners, coaches and thousands of scientific studies.

 

This class is designed to be a mindful, effective and high QUALITY form of exercise and breath-work while also including the soulful teachings of yoga.

Classic Description: Vinyasa Flow. All levels 

 

Dynamic Yogi- Level 1 

Our Dynamic Yogi classes are the most complicated for beginners so we offer Dynamic Level 1 as a simplified option. We move more slowly and explain concepts that may be foreign to those without yoga experience more thoroughly.

 

Balanced Yogi 

This quiet, contemplative, deep stretching practice is the antidote to a mentally busy or overwhelming day or lifestyle.

You’ll hold deep stretches for several minutes, which will increase flexibility, reduce the achiness of extensive desk or driving time, and stimulate the calming and soothing side of your nervous system.


 

The health and wellness benefits of increasing mobility, S L O W I N G down and being quiet in a quiet space are widely known and supported by doctors, psychotherapists, alternative practitioners, coaches and thousands of scientific studies.

This class is designed to be a mindful, effective and high QUALITY form of relaxation, while also including the deep physical release.

Classic Description: Yin/Yang LEVEL: All levels 

 

 

Mellow Yogi 

Gentle. Blissful. Quiet.  Lots of pillows, blankets and other props to place and support your body in the most optimal position for relaxation and release

Whereas our Dynamic Yogi classes will exercise your body and our Balanced Yogi classes will deeply stretch your body, our Mellow Yogi classes will support your body to let go slowly and gently, which often has the most lasting impact.

This class is designed to be a high QUALITY and highly nurturing form of physical and mental relaxation.

Classic Description: Restorative 

 

Yoga Nidra 

Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a guided meditation designed to bring tremendous calmness and clarity. It has been experienced and described as “the most powerful relaxation technique known to man” and it is certainly a favorite of many of our current students.
We invite you to come in and decide for yourself! This class will consist of light asana (yoga postures and movements) and extensive pranayama (conscious breathing exercises) followed by a 30-45 minute lying down guided meditation.

At minimum, you will discover a rich and deep state of relaxation that will energize you and transform your day!
