Introductory Special

First, I want to share with you that:

9% of the US population suffers from depression and the majority of those who suffer have become so accustomed to the feelings of hopelessness, despondency and/or guilt they’re living with that it feels “normal”. And depression is frequently a side effect of stress.

In addition to depression, stress also causes:

  • fatigue
  • apathy
  • anxiety
  • aggression
  • extreme emotional reactions
  • headaches
  • muscle tension
  • poor diet
  • unhealthy weight gain or loss
  • skin issues
  • teeth grinding
  • trouble focusing
  • consistently being late
  • reduced sex drive
  • alcohol and/or substance abuse

to name, in all seriousness, only a few.

 

These side effects clearly have an impact on our relationships, job performance, productivity, parenting and, most importantly, our general state of being and ability to enjoy life.

I’m a firm believer that the quality of our lives has very little to do with what’s going on around us and almost everything to do with what’s going on inside of us. And when we’re stressed, our quality of life becomes seriously diminished.

Dynamic Yogi Classes (Vinyasa)

A strength building and body toning flow. Designed to be a mindful, effective and high QUALITY form of exercise and breath-work while also including the soulful teachings of yoga.

Balanced Yogi Classes (Yin)

A quiet, contemplative, deep stretching practice is the antidote to a mentally busy or overwhelming day or lifestyle. Designed to be a mindful, effective and high QUALITY form of relaxation, while also including deep physical release.

Mellow Yogi

Gentle. Blissful. Quiet. Lots of pillows, blankets and other props to place and support your body in the most optimal position for relaxation and release. Designed to be a high QUALITY and highly nurturing form of physical and mental relaxation.


 

Our mission is to add to the quality of your life. We recommend you commit to frequent and consistent practice (at least 3 times per week). Our Introductory Special is the best way to explore all of our classes and experience the greatest results within 30 days.
